 July 28, 2009 Yesterady, on July 27, 2009, at Chisinau Airport ( the Republic of Moldova) 11 observers of International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy were detained. The obsevers travelled to Moldova through European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO) to observer the snap Parliamentry Elections on July 29. Two other SFED's representatives worked in Moldova as staff of ENEMO mission.
