 November 28, 2011 The National Democratic Institute’s (NDI) NGO Liaison Office in partnership with the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) will launch a series of public consultations to inform the public about the proposed amendment to the Constitution of Georgia.  Read more: July 28, 2009 Yesterady, on July 27, 2009, at Chisinau Airport ( the Republic of Moldova) 11 observers of International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy were detained. The obsevers travelled to Moldova through European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO) to observer the snap Parliamentry Elections on July 29. Two other SFED's representatives worked in Moldova as staff of ENEMO mission.
