Observers of the organizations have reported that in several regions municipal officials are instructing directors and employees of non-profit (non-commercial) legal entities that receive funding from the Budget to mobilize supporters of Salome Zourabishvili and to provide certain individuals with lists of potential supporters.

The International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) has been conducting long-term pre- election monitoring of October 28, 2018 presidential election since August 1, 2018, with involvement of up to 70 long-term observers nationwide. The monitoring is supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the National Endowment for Democracy (NED). Second interim report of the pre-election monitoring mostly covers the period of September 9-30, as well as events that began to unfold prior to September 9 and continued throughout and, in some cases, after the monitoring period.

The document mainly covers the period of September 9-30 but it also summarizes certain events that affected the electoral process beyond the reporting period.

International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) has been conducting long-term observation of October 28, 2018 Presidential Election of Georgia since August 1, 2018. Sixty-nine long-term observers of the organization have been involved in the nationwide monitoring starting from August 10.

On September 13, the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) presented its first interim report of monitoring the 2018 presidential election of Georgia. The document covers the period from August 1 to September 8, but it also summarizes certain events that affected the electoral process beyond this period.

Ordinary presidential election will be held in Georgia on 28 October 2018. The International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) monitors the pre-election period nationwide through 70 long-term observers (LTOs). The monitoring entails pre-election, Election Day and post-election observation.

On August 30, the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) presented its assessment report of the pre-election environment at the start of the pre-election period for the 2018 Presidential election. In the document, ISFED provides an overview of electoral legislation, political and media pluralism situation, as well as important political and social developments prior to the election period in the country.
